 - To assist in conducting training for the subordinates to maintain on a constant basis the highest possible of product quality and conduct in a first class manner
 - Responsible for the submission in a timely manner, all reports, schedules etc
 - To attend all meetings and training programs when required

                       - Oversee kitchen operations in multiple outlets
 - Supervise, oversee and assist subordinates at all periods in kitchen
 - Work closely with Outlet In-Charge/Manager on food cost, labour cost and product quality
 - Conduct training for the subordinates to maintain on a constant basis the highest possible of product quality and conduct in a first class manner
 - Enforce hygiene regulations and upkeep kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
 - Attend all meetings and training programs when required
 - Undertake any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by the Reporting Supervisor

                         Responsibilities
                       
                       - Assist the Restaurant Manager in administrative duties
 - Lead and supervise team members in providing excellent customer service
 - Conduct departmental SOP training for all staff to maintain a consistent best in class service standards and conduct
 - Keep the Outlet In-Charge/Manager informed on all items of interest
 - Enforce hygiene regulations and upkeep restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards
 - Attend all meetings and training programs when required
 
                                    
						 Assistant / Restaurant Manager
                     
                     
                     
                         Responsibilities
                       
                       - Has overall shift responsibilities and is accountable for the smooth running of the restaurant under their care
 - Responsible for the profitability of the outlet, staff management, product quality, maintaining excellent customer service standards and execution of promotions in outlet
 - Responsible in recruitment, development and retention of staff in the outlet
•Involve, prepare pre-service meeting/roll call for staff - Responsible for the submission in a timely manner, all reports, schedules etc to the Operations Manager and HQ
 - Provide feedback/recommendations on staff schedule, attendance, timeliness, complaints and innovations or any exceptional occurrences
 - Overseas posting/attachment may be required
